Shipping and refund policy

SHIPPING POLICY

A quote will be sent to the client, including:

  • Packaging

  • Insurance

  • Shipping

  • Any applicable customs duties

The client is responsible for checking:

  • The dimensions of the item in relation to their space

  • The accuracy of their contact details (address, email, phone number)

In case of error, a new quote will be required for reshipping.

When the item is handed over to the carrier, a notification email will be sent to the client.

Delivery of Items

  • International delivery

  • Specialized carriers depending on the nature of the items

  • Shipping insurance included in the quote

  • Delivery times vary depending on origin and destination

The client must verify:

  • Accessibility of the delivery location

  • Compatibility of item dimensions

In case of absence, a re-delivery fee will apply.

REFUND / RETURN POLICY

No returns for:

  • Made-to-order items

  • Sourced items

  • Confirmed orders

  • Non-EEA customers

Delivery complaints: Must be reported within 24 hours after delivery
Photos + reserves are required. Without these, no claim will be accepted.

Sourcing deposit: Non-refundable
Unless the item is found and purchased.
